GCTV Events: 2009/2010 GCTV New Year's Eve Extravaganza- Dec. 31, 2009 to Jan. 1, 2010

The GCTV Live New Year's Eve Extravaganza was back in 2009/2010 with a brand new 3 1/2 hour live variety show! Executive producers Bill Robidoux and Rick Schultze brought many GCTV producers together for another entertaining evening- the 11th New Year's Eve show in GCTV history. As part of the night, the Ask The Geezers crew did a mini-episode, Bill Robidoux hosted the NYE Game Show Short-Term Memory, live call ins were encouraged, prizes were awarded to callers, and in general lots of fun was had by all in attendance and who watched at home. Here are some pictures from the evening.

GCTV Producer Paul Holdsworth was onboard to direct some segments of the New Year's Eve Extravaganza and his daughter Sarah came to the studio to watch the fun.

 

Amy Robidoux, wife of GCTV's Bill, was on hand for the show as well.

 

The Rock N' Metal Show and Drive In Theater's Chris Caron stopped in to help crew the show.

There was quite a crowd in attendance for the show- here Bill Robidoux discusses crew positions with Imad Sandakly while Imad's sons Sami and Jacob look on and other audience members settle in on the couch.

 

Longtime GCTV Producer Charlie Salger made it to the studio for this year's show with his wife Jaime.

The control room was crowded, with GCTV Producers Jacob Sandakly on Graphics, Paul Holdsworth directing, Chris Caron on audio and Bob DeToma taking phone calls.
