GCTV Events: GCTV Producer's Ice Cream Social- August 11th, 2009
On Tuesday, August 11th, 2009, GCTV Producers were invited to join the GCTV Staff at the GCTV Studio to discuss the studio, programming, upcoming GCTV events, to meet and greet with other old and new GCTV Producers and enjoy a sweet summer treat! Several producers stopped by to discuss show ideas, upcoming classes, and meet some of the most recent graduates of the GCTV Production Course, as well as some of the stars of our shows. Refreshments were provided by Charter Communications, and everyone seemed to enjoy the tasty treat! Below are some pictures form the event:
GCTV Producers Aaron & Cindy Bissell made some tasty looking sundaes!
GCTV Access Assistant & Producer Bill Robidoux looks like he's enjoying his ice cream.
Silly Me TV Producer Imad Sandakly decided to go for the Waffle cone.
Day Trip to History Producer Bob DeToma digs in to his sundae.
Grafton Cable Television Oversight Committee Chairman Bob Hassinger made an appearance- no one can resist ice cream!
Tasha Halpert came to enjoy the company and the treats!
Beth Sandakly, who graduated from the Spring 2009 GCTV Production Course.
Sami Sandakly, one of the stars of Silly Me TV, thought his waffle cone made him look like the Statue of Liberty.
Omar and Jacob Sandakly, also stars of Silly Me TV, listen in while future episodes of their show are discussed.
GCTV's two History buffs, Stephen Halpert of History In The Making and Bob DeToma of Day Trip To History in a serious discussion- we wonder if they were debating the historical significance of Ice Cream!
Tasha Halpert and Roger Trahan, Jr. discuss his most recent hobby- beekeeping. It was such a good discussion they decided to do an episode of Tasha's Good Neighbors together!
We wonder if Bill is asking Roger how long he thinks the next Town Meeting will be. Fear not, no matter how long it is, Bill and the rest of the GCTV staff will be there to make sure it gets on the air.
One last look at those delicious sundaes- if you're a GCTV Producer, make sure you join us at next year's social and you can enjoy one, too!
